Since the mid 1980s I enjoyed providing child care and pet sitting for local families in their homes. I began working as a caregiver in 2009 for a neighbor's family who needed support, then completed a caregiver course through Comfort Keepers. I strive to provide meaningful relationships for those in need. Through an agency and working with private clients, my experience includes: Providing Companionship, Meals, Interaction, Appointments, Errands & Light Housekeeping. Working with individuals affected by Dementia / Alzheimer's, Stroke, Parkinson's & ALS. Providing Medication Reminders, Tube Feeding, and Basic Wound Care. In addition, I love animals, and have a background in dance, yoga, swimming and working with horses. Looking for work in or near the North Valley.

Rebecca is patient, trustworthy and reliable. She helped me twice a week for the past 6 months as a senior companion and care giver. She has filled my pill boxes, run errands, assisted me in thinking through problems, and kept track of my food plan on a daily basis. Thanks to her meticulous attention to detail, and willingness to pitch in as needed, I am back on my feet after a terrible fall. My only complaint is that Rebecca is too kind and thus doesn't charge enough for her services. $20/hour minimum, worth every dollar. Rebecca is the best in companion care!
